AREA PROGRAMMATIC DOCUMENT OF IPA TERRE ALTE
Intese Programmatiche d’Area (IPA), established with the Veneto Regional Law n. 35/2001, are a device of decentralized programming and land development, through which the Region offers public bodies and social and economic parts the possibility to partecipate to the regional programming.
The main goals of IPA are:
- promote, through the concertation method, sustainable development of the area it refers to;
- elaborate and share economic, territorial, environmental analysis;
- formulate politics to propose to their own land and other superordinate government levels;
- explicit strategic projects to start to the various financing lines;
- highlight local planification devices adjustments;
- to have the participants in the Concertation Table assume the financial commitments necessary for the co-financing of the strategic interventions identified.

Art and landscape in the Prosecco Hills UNESCO
A project realized by IPA Terre Alte to discover art and landscape through virtual reality
Le Vie degli Artisti is an innovative project, realized by IPA Terre Alte, that unites art, landscape and technology to valorize the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, UNESCO Human Heritage since 2019.
Involving 30 IPA municipalities, the intiative offers an itinerary which spaces from the 13th century to nowadays, where every stage represents a work or a symbolic artist of the local culture and history. Thanks to virtual reality and the bags4dreams app, visitors can live an immersive experience: by framing real images or places, emotional videos get activated which narrate the beauty of landscape within art and art within landscape. An interactive voyage to discover how art and history have shaped, and were inspired back, by these extraordinary places.

“ARMONIE- THE HUMAN HERITAGE HILLS WHERE THE LANDSCAPE IS MUSIC”
First edition of the music festival supported by IPA Terre Alte della Marca Trevigiana and by Associazione per il Patrimonio delle Colline del Prosecco di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene.
Between the months of June and November 2024, the “Armonie” project animated the land with a series of concerts linked to the culture of the places, the beauty of the landscape and the harmonious relationship between man and the environment, even in its most beautiful forms linked to some historical-architectural emergencies of places of worship present throughout the land.
The calendar involved the municipalities of: Cappella Maggiore, Cison di Valmarino, Conegliano, Farra di Soligo, Follina, Pieve di Soligo, Revine Lago, San Fior, San Pietro di Feletto, San Vendemiano, Sernaglia della Battaglia, Susegana, Tarzo, Valdobbiadene, Vidor, Vittorio Veneto.
The events were divided into some main events with “general direction”, in particular two concerts at dawn and two concerts at sunset, and a series of events spread throughout the land, the latter divided into three areas:
- Music in the Sacred: 13 concerts in the sacred places in UNESCO land, in collaboration with Istituto Beato Toniolo and Associazione Musicale Toti Dal Monte;
- 2nd Festival “Note dell’universo”, in collaboration with the Municipality of Conegliano;
- other concerts spread throughout the territory in collaboration with other municipalities and associations, as described below.
A total of 36 concerts were organized.
